The January Recap

We have been busy getting back into the swing of things…real busy. Going back to work was harder than I had ever imagined. Neely Jo is warming up to daycare but it is still heart wrenching every time I have to leave her. Her colic seems to be gone, thank you, Jesus! She still has a wild little temper...




But for the most part she is a happy little baby. I have to get better at time management but this month we have been trying to make the most of our nights and weekends and loving every minute of our time together. Here are a couple of pics from this month.





Her blanket from Chewmomma is the only way to keep her happy in the car…






We tried the giraffe, but she just thinks she is supposed to nurse on him…




She learned how to pull her legs up over her swing tray…






Her new exersaucer. The sounds surprise her a little but she loves it…




She will play in it until she is completely worn out…






And her clothes aren’t just for wearing. They make great chew toys…






This talking doggie is still a little bit scary…




And as long as the sun isn’t in her eyes, she loves her stroller. She likes to lounge in it sideways, and that is just fine with us…




But as soon as the sun hits her face it’s time to be carried…






And the sweetest thing ever is when she smiles without any toys at all…

    There are just too many pictures for me to process right now. I can't even tell you which ones made me crack up because I just teared up looking at her sweet little face! I love her hair--is it strawberry blonde? It looks like it's really lightened up some! Oh please post more!! :)

    Presh! Just presh! I was worried she would have a full out ponytail the next time I saw a picture. You CAN NOT let it go this long again. I've missed seeing that precious baby and hearing about how things are with y'all.

    That picture of her smiling at her daddy will be a treasure forever.

    Well, I'll be... the more I look at her ... the more she looks like me. ;o) Except when she is mad ... then she looks like you! HAHA! Just kidding, Kiki. ;o) I can't wait to get my hands on her! I have so many things to tell her when I see her .... ;o) It's auntie stuff ... nothing for you. hehe!

    I love the picture of her in her daddy's face!
    Also, I'm glad you got some of her mad. I wish I had more of Jacob when he was mad (because that happened quite a bit).
